荷蘭某配電室項目中安科瑞無線測溫產(chǎn)品的應用

摘要：隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展，對設備的安全性、可靠性要求越來越高。在這種條件下，高壓設備的無線測溫系統(tǒng)應運而生。這種技術(shù)是將內(nèi)置電池或電流感應和無線發(fā)射模塊的測溫傳感器安裝于各測溫點，由于其體積小，且無需任何接線，其電氣安全性可以得到保證。傳感器周期性的將測溫數(shù)據(jù)無線發(fā)送至接收單元，接收單元可聯(lián)網(wǎng)將數(shù)據(jù)送至主站，以此實現(xiàn)一個區(qū)域系統(tǒng)的電氣溫度監(jiān)測。

??Abstract: With the development power industry,the requirements for the safety and reliability of equipment are getting higher and higher. In this situation,ACREL wireless temperature monitoring system is designed for high voltage device. This technology is to install the temperature sensor with built-in battery or temperature sensor by current sensing and wireless transmitter module at each temperature measurement point. The sensor periodically sends the temperature measurement data wireless to the receiving unit, and the receiving unit can be connected to the network to send the data to the master station, thereby realizing electrical temperature monitoring of a regional system.

??1.當前現(xiàn)狀 Current Status

??多年來，由于技術(shù)水平的限制，雖然曾利用紅外測溫儀、紅外成像儀、感溫電纜、傳統(tǒng)的點式測溫系統(tǒng)希望解決上述問題，但都無法實現(xiàn)開關(guān)柜內(nèi)如斷路器、刀閘聯(lián)接點和觸頭測溫。目前，國內(nèi)電力測溫主要應用紅外點測儀和光纖測溫儀，而在線方式由于無法解決高壓絕緣問題，所以高壓開關(guān)的觸點等空間有限的電氣設備基本上都是處于*無監(jiān)控的狀態(tài)下運行，存在重大安全隱患。

??荷蘭DigIoT公司是一家電力物聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司，為當?shù)馗髯冸娬咎峁╇娏ξ锫?lián)網(wǎng)服務。客戶咨詢安科瑞無線測溫產(chǎn)品，希望通過安科瑞ATE無線溫度傳感器和ATC接收器，對開關(guān)柜內(nèi)的線纜進行溫度檢測，并通過RS485通訊將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)胶笈_進行實時監(jiān)控，從而可以預防開關(guān)柜內(nèi)部過熱發(fā)生故障，影響設備正常運轉(zhuǎn)，避免安全隱患。

??安科瑞在線測溫裝置適用于高低壓開關(guān)內(nèi)線纜街頭，斷路器觸頭，高壓線纜中間頭，低壓大電流等設備的溫度檢測，防止在運行過程中因氧化，松動等因素造成接點接觸電阻過大而發(fā)熱成為安全隱患，及時，持續(xù)及準確反映設備運行狀態(tài)，提供設備安全性。
