 Application of Weifang Fashion Milan Energy Consumption Monitoring System


1.背景信息 Background

統計顯示,我國建筑能耗約占全國總能耗的28%,在我國每年新建的20億平方米建筑中,其中99%是高能耗建筑;而既有的建筑中,僅有4%采取了節能措施,具有巨大的節能空間,能耗監測系統推廣已經勢在必行。節能降耗,計量先行。

Statistics show that building energy consumption accounts for about 28% of the country’s total energy consumption. Among the 2 billion square meters of buildings newly built in our country each year, 99% are high-energy buildings; and only 4% of the existing buildings use Energy-saving measures, so there is still a huge energy-saving space, the promotion of energy consumption monitoring system is imperative. 2.項目信息 Project Information

濰坊風尚米蘭位于濰坊高密,處于山東半島藍色經濟區和膠東半島產業聚焦區的核心地帶及“青濰整體化"的重要節點。

建筑配電箱里的安科瑞DTSD1352電能表均接入Acrel-5000能耗監測系統,對電能消耗的情況進行監管,隨時掌握能耗情況,提高節能意識。

Weifang Fashion Milan is located in Gaomi, Weifang, at the core of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and the Jiaodong Peninsula Industrial Focus Zone and an important node of "QingWei Integration".

The Acrel DTSD1352 electric energy meters in the building distribution box are all connected to the Acrel-5000 energy consumption monitoring system to supervise the electric energy consumption, keep abreast of the energy consumption, and improve the awareness of energy saving.

3.系統架構 Structure

安科瑞Acrel-5000能耗分析管理系統以工作站主機、通訊設備、測控單元為基本工具,為大型公共建筑的實時數據采集及遠程管理提供了基礎平臺,它可以和其他樓宇自動化系統進行數據轉發構成復雜的監控系統。該能耗系統主要采用分層分布式計算機網絡結構,如系統結構圖所示:

Acrel-5000 energy consumption analysis and management system takes workstation host machine, communication equipment and measurement and control unit as basic tools, and provides a basic platform for real-time data collection and remote management of large public buildings. 4.1能耗綜合主界面 Platform Overview

通過系統主界面可以反映各分店用能各分類能耗和折算為標準煤的綜合能耗,并計算單位面積能耗。

The main interface of the system can reflect the energy consumption of each branch and the comprehensive energy consumption converted into standard coal, and calculate the energy consumption per unit area.

4.2分項用電數據統計 Itemized electricity consumption data statistics

將電耗進行逐時、逐日、逐月、逐年統計。統計數據采用餅圖、柱狀圖、線圖、區域圖等各種圖形展示方式,直觀反映各項統計數據的數值、趨勢和分布情況。

The system makes hourly, daily, month-by-month and year-by-year statistics of power consumption.The statistical data are presented by pie chart, bar chart, line chart, area chart and other graphics, which can directly reflect the value, trend and distribution of various statistical data.

4.3用電支路趨勢分析 Trend analysis of branch circuit 

統計各區域、各設備電能消耗,準確定位用電消耗回路,制定節能績效考核制度,推動節能降耗的合理執行。為用能設備建立運行記錄檔案,長期跟蹤記錄設備運行過程中的能效分析評估結果,結合設備維護保養記錄,為設備的運行維護提供依據。

4.4能耗數據同環比分析 Comparative analysis of energy consumption data

將各種類型和各主要耗能設備的能耗與去年同期值和上月值進行同比環比分析,檢驗節能效果,根據分析結果執行節能績效考核,以及節能目標的修正。

4.5能耗數據分時統計 Time-division statistics of energy consumption data

將能源類型、負載類型、區域能耗按照時間區分,按時、天、月、年、工作日、非工作日等對用能數據進行對比分析,掌握能源具體消耗情況。可將每天用能按時段設置峰、平、谷,統計各時段能耗,降低閑時能耗。

4.6電能數據實時監測和預警 Real-time monitoring and early warning of electric power data

通過高精度智能儀表以技術手段實現自動化全實時、高密度的實時用能監測,減少用能的計量誤差。實時監視現場儀表的回傳數據,對電能進行合理的管控和預警,及時發現并改正運行中存在的用電異常,隨時處理。按需設置重要設備的超標預警值,超標時醒目提醒并主動記錄。

Automatic real-time and high-density real-time energy-using monitoring can be realized by high-precision intelligent instrument with technical means to reduce the measurement error of energy-using.

Monitor the back data of the field instruments in real time, control and warn the electric energy reasonably, find and correct the abnormal electricity in the operation in time, and deal with it at any time.
